Injection Therapy

Injection therapy delivers a targeted dose of medication directly to the area causing pain or inflammation. This can help your body heal more effectively and reduce discomfort, making it easier to move and carry out everyday activities.

The medication used is typically a steroid, a man-made drug closely resembling cortisol, a hormone your body naturally produces. Steroids help reduce the immune system’s inflammatory response, allowing tissues time to heal and relieving pain in the process.

For more information regarding steroid injections, please read my blog post on the subject here

From the intial appointment Conor was able to identify the problem, come up with a plan of action and after 3 visit i have seen dramatic improvement to the siatica which is caused by a herniated disc.
Connor is very professional, knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend Atlas to anyone.
