The professional

I graduated from Teesside University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science for Physiotherapy and have worked in private practice, sport set ups and within the NHS since.

From University I worked in Medway as a newly qualified physiotherapist before moving to Kent and Canterbury Hospital in an outpatients setting. I worked here until just after Covid19 when I become the clinical lead for a great group of physios working within GP practices in Canterbury, Herne Bay and my home town of Faversham. I have also worked with both professional and semi-professional sport teams, most recently Herne Bay Football Club.

This has resulted in me making good friends with the doctors and surgeons, as well as the nurses, reception and admin teams in all of these places.

Now that I have opened my own practice, I can offer you the knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 8 years to help improve whatever is causing you pain or limiting you from doing what you really want to do.

The personal

I knew from a very young age that I wanted to help people in the medical field. All my bumps and bruises as a kid playing multiple sports exposed me to the world of medicine and physiotherapy very early on, and my fascination by how the body can heal itself seemed the closest thing to real life magic back then.

After tearing a ligament in my knee, my physio helped me get back on my feet as well as regain my confidence in my knee and my body as a whole over the course of 16 months. This experience confirmed that physiotherapy was the career for me.

Outside of work I am frequently in the gym, am obsessed with my two dogs (pictured to your right) and my beautiful wife Amy, who has reluctantly allowed me to post a single picture of her on my website.

“During my appointment this morning, Connor explained all the details about my injury, and how low I could expect to be like this. He showeed me what was the case and drew a diagram for me. Ever since my accident, the doctors I have seen have not been able to explain is as well as Connor. I really value that support. Many thanks"
